News: System slow / inaccessible
We have just experienced unplanned and unfortunate downtime, for which we apologise. Our infrastructure is running on vmWare with High Availability, but this will not prevent any server issues, like we just had. For some unknown reason, Java, which Zimbra Collaboration Suite uses extensively started to misbehave and slowed down our servers greatly.
We are always trying to do our best do avoid any issues, but if they arise than we just have to deal with them. The system is now fully operational as of 15:30 GMT.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, no emails were lost due to our backup infrastructure. Hope this will not happen again in the foreseeable future.
